Will Njobvu is a TV presenter, radio broadcaster, event host, and public speaker. Diversity, inclusion, and racial equality are topics close to Will’s heart and he is determined to make change, educate, and inspire. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Will also enjoys speaking about the importance of being comfortable with your identity and taking care of your mental health.
His passion for public speaking and expert delivery has led him to speak in front of large audiences for some of the UK’s leading organisations. These included TikTok, The British Heart Foundation, MediaCom, and LinkedIn. He has also hosted career-related talks at De Montford University in Leicester.
In 2019, Will was invited by MediaCom to deliver a talk on the importance of diversity in the workplace. It was incredibly well received by the audience, and media executive Vivienne Dovi said, “Will delivered a thorough and educational presentation about diversity and it left the whole company filled with knowledge and ideas on how to improve.” In 2021, TikTok invited Will to speak about the importance of authentic black representation on social media.
Other topics Will is comfortable speaking about are overcoming adversity, identity, sexuality, mental health, and heart health. He was diagnosed with the heart condition Mitral Valve Prolapse at 22 years old, but he doesn’t allow it to define him. On behalf of the British Heart Foundation, he has delivered a talk to a number of young people who are living with conditions liked him. Bullied at school because of his sexuality, and often racially abused, Will has had to overcome major mental health issues in the past.

Will Njobvu is a prominent figure eon our television screens and on our radios. In 2021, he presented The Masked Singer: Unmasked, a spinoff to the popular celebrity talent show, The Masked Singer. Unmasked contains exclusive interviews with celebrities, and is the home to all the backstage gossip with panellists Jonathan Ross, Rita Ora, Davina McCall, and Mo Gilligan. Alongside this, he wrote and presented a four-part digital series for Good Morning Britain called ‘Who’s Behind The Mask?’ which received over three million online impressions. He filmed the documentary Life After Love Island for Channel 4 in 2023, and travelled to South Africa the same year to host a reunion-style show for a new Netflix reality show.
Will has regularly featured as a co-host on Channel 5’s daytime chat show, Jeremy Vine (2019-21), has hosted ITV2’s entertainment show FYI Daily, and was the co-presenter of BBC Africa’s children’s show, What’s New? Will also filmed a short feature documentary called ‘Sudden Cardiac Deaths’ in 2018 for Victoria Derbyshire’s BBC2 show, about young people living with undetected heart conditions. As well as being on the screen, he has worked on the production side for Sky News, Channel 5, and BBC Radio London.

Will is also a very popular keynote speaker and event host. Across 2023, he completed over 30 bookings whilst juggling his busy broadcasting work. From speaking to NHS professionals about mental health, to leading a diversity talk for TikTok, working with the British Heart Foundation, and hosting the Black Young Professionals conference – Will has done it all and is comfortable speaking about a range of topics. His experience of depression, bullying, racism, sexual assault, and homophobia have often been documented in the press (The Mirror, The Daily Mail, and The Sun), and he talks honestly and openly about all of these topics, and more.
