More About Richard Reid

In 2005, Richard Reid founded Pinnacle Wellbeing, a high-end, private therapy clinic that provides psychological services, coaching, training, and consultancy. Initially based in London and the Isle of Man, Pinnacle now works globally. As CEO, Richard has facilitated mental health strategy events, created COVID support initiatives, and rolled out mental health and first aid programmes.

Richard is highly qualified as an accredited coach, psychotherapist, and NLP Practitioner. Over the years, he has worked as a Senior Consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton, a Psychotherapist and Associate Therapist for The Priory Clinic, a Trauma Therapist for Transport for London, a Wellbeing Consultant for Harneys, and a Psychotherapist for the City of London Police, where he implemented their Trauma Risk in Management Programme.

He has appeared as a guest on ITV’s This Morning, CNBC Live, and Fright Club (2015) and co-hosted the Sky show Extreme Phobias, Extreme Cures, where he helped people through their phobias of spiders, heights, and confined spaces.

In 2017, Richard published his debut book, Cure Your Phobia in 24 Hours: Confront Your Fears and Achieve Your Full Potential. The book used some of his honed strategies to help people overcome immediate fears and phobias and build long-term strategies.

In 2020, Richard appeared on the Island Influencers podcast, where he spoke about his 20 years of experience in the corporate world, his psychological techniques, his writing, as well as his coaching and keynote career in a down-to-earth and easy-to-understand way.
