Kym Marsh
Kym Marsh is an actress, presenter, and singer who first found fame on reality show Popstars: The Rivals (2010), where she earned her place in the band Hear’Say, alongside Myleene Klass, Suzanne Shaw, Danny Foster, and Noel Sullivan.
In 2001, the band released their first single, ‘Pure and Simple’ which went straight to number 1 in the UK Singles Chart, going on to be triple platinumed. The band went on to have a UK Gold album, and four more Top 10 Singles. As a solo singer, she had three singles in the top 50 UK charts, and her album Standing Tall (2003) appeared in the top 10.
Since leaving the band in 2002, she has become a popular actress, best known for her roles in Coronation Street (2006-19) and Waterloo Road (2023-present).

Kym’s best known acting role was as Michelle in Coronation Street. She very quickly became a favourite and earned herself a plethora of awards. Her dramatic storylines captured the nation, but none so more than the stillbirth storyline in 2017, which echoed her real-life experience of her stillborn son.
She has also appeared in Doctors (2005), Holby City (2006), Hollyoaks: In the City (2006), EastStreet (2010), The Syndicate (2021), and Waterloo Road (2023-present).
She has appeared on television as a contestant in shows including, Strictly Come Dancing (2022), Making Your Mind Up (2006), and Popstar to Operastar (2010).
Kym has become a popular TV Presenter, hosting shows such as For Love or Money (2019), The One Show (2020), Murder at My Door With Kym Marsh (2020-21), Your Money and Your Life (2020), and Morning Live (2020-present. She has also appeared on Loose Women, and narrated Stalked: Murder in Slow Motion (2019).
She has also been known to read the boards, appearing in the stage version of Fatal Attraction in 2022, and 101 Dalmatians (2024-2025).
