After graduating with a degree in marketing from the University of Sunderland, Geoff Ramm began his career as a marketing advisor for CDC Enterprise Agency. After three years, he moved on to become the marketing manager at Springfield Motor Group. After gaining a number of years’ experience in the field, Geoff decided to fly solo in 2002 and began working as a customer experience, customer service and marketing keynote speaker.
Geoff’s expertise has proven results with companies such as the Bauer Media Group who achieved a 70% response rate to a B2B Valentine Card after implementing OMG Marketing techniques. Furthermore, Indian giants TATA won two direct marketing association awards following Geoff’s masterclass, and South African company Tiger Brands Ltd saw a 53% increase in sales after introducing a few of Geoff’s ideas. Other clients include Barclays, Best Western, Durham University, McDonalds, Metlife, Sage, Sheffield Hallam University, Sky, Specsavers and Warner Bros.
Geoff Ramm is also a very successful author, having written OMG Observational Marketing Greats: Observational Marketing Greats (2012), OMG Strikes Back: Observational Marketing Greats (2015), Celebrity Service (2018) and Celebrity Service Superstars: Memorable Experiences that will light up your business and excite your customers (2021).
Geoff was also named the President of the Professional Speaker Association (PSA) between 2012 and 2013 and was awarded the PSAE Award of Speaking Excellence in 2014.
