Before the release of her own cookbook, Anna Jones was a member of Jamie Oliver’s healthy food team. She has since worked with some of the country’s most recognisable food brands and popular chefs.

Anna has appeared on BBC One’s Saturday Kitchen where we prepared her banana, blueberry and pecan pancakes.

In 2016, Anna was nominated for James Beard Award for ‘excellence in cuisine, culinary writing, and culinary education.’
