Steve is not just a really nice guy with an unflappable Geordie approach, but a man of outstanding talent.

As an entertainer, Steve has travelled the world and worked with some of the most respected names in the world of entertainment, including Ken Dodd, Brian Conley, Joe Pasquale, Ant & Dec and Des O’Connor Alexander O’Neal and Martin Kemp, Olly Murs, Jeremy Vine, Tony Hadley, and Ricky Tomlinson.

Steve has a worked as a TV warm up on shows such as “Stars In Their Eyes Kids” with Cat Deeley, and “Russian Roulette” with Rhona Cameron.

He has supported many comedians and TV personalities in theatre, cabaret and at events. These include; Ricky Tomlinson, Ken Dodd, Brian Conley, Joe Pasquale, Ant & Dec and Des O’Connor . He also did three tours and a Summer Season at the Britannia Pier Great Yarmouth with Freddie Starr.

Steve has been comic and host in many theatre productions, such as Flashback and Red Hot Chartbusters.

Steve has also written comedy for other people. He was delighted to be asked by John Challis  to write some material for himself and Sue Holderness for the “Boycie and Marlene” Tour.

Steve is one of the most sought after, and busiest live event comperes in the UK. He has hosted every kind of event imaginable. From award ceremonies to product launches, and conferences to sporting events, There isn’t a type of event that Steve hasn’t covered. He has hosted firework displays, charity ball’s, auctions, gala dinner’s, beauty contests, Christmas light switch on’s, theatre shows, entertainment industry showcases, festivals, concerts and fashion shows!

During 2020, many awards and events went virtual. As a very experienced Live event host, as well as a studio presenter, Steve was able adapt to this very easily.

He has hosted at many prestige events such as the Champions League Final for UEFA. He has hosted at concerts featuring the likes of One Direction, Bon Jovi & Rihanna.

Because Steve has a wealth of experience as a comedian, he specialises in award ceremonies, as this proves invaluable if needed to fill, or it is a light hearted awards evening. He has hosted all over the world for many blue-chip clients in places such as Oslo, Brussels and Cape Town.

In the UK he regularly hosts shows at Grosvenor House, Tower Bridge, Royal Courts of Justice, Connaught Rooms, Old Trafford, Blackpool Opera House, Tower Ballroom, National Railway Museum and Birmingham ICC among many.

He’s appeared in over 1000 TV commercials, corporate videos and live events.  He’s very comfortable either writing his own material, working with clients or having scripts provided.
