April is Stress Awareness Month and the 7th of April is World Health Day, two events are perfectly aligned to start a discussion on Wellbeing and Mental Health.

Stress Awareness Month is an occasion for businesses to “Increase public awareness about both the causes and cures for our modern stress epidemic.”
