Nikki has been hanging out with Gino ‘Sheffield’ D’Acampo for the launch of his latest My Coffee & Deli Bar coffee shop in Manchester…
Nikki has been out and about interviewing Gino D’Acampo in her home town of Manchester, where he’s hoping to make an impact on the already busy coffee shop market. His unique blend of Italian charm and charisma is evident in the store style and how it’s marketed.
In creating the Gino D’Acampo My Coffee & Deli Bar Gino has placed great emphasis on the Italian origin of both the coffee itself and the necessary cakes and pastries to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Additionally, Gino has also had some fun with the menu involving his closest friends. All made in house, ‘Celebrity Juices’ feature Bunton’s Beetroot Boogie, Phillip Schofield’s Feel Good Factor, Keith Lemon’s Carrot Kick and Gino’s Fruit Fantastico.
Her friendly and approachable style meant that a presenting role was created for her after originally being hired to voice the online content of BBC Strictly Come Dancing’s Backstage programmes. The Strictly Come Dancing role ran for 6 series from 2009 – 2014.
Nikki’s role was to bring audiences all the gossip after the show’s cameras stopped rolling. The entire cast and crew were involved in a whole range of and mischief.
