Say hello to:
Sally Lockwood - Presenter & Middle East Partner
Sally Lockwood is a Middle East based journalist and Director of Top Cover Media FZ-LLC, our regional partner.
With years of experience as a news anchor and correspondent in the field, Sally currently reports for Sky News across the region. Her most recent deployments include coverage of the war in Gaza from Israel and Jordan and geopolitical analysis from Doha and Dubai.
Before moving to the Middle East, Sally was an anchor for Sky News in London, presenting programmes from the studio and the field and reporting from hotspots around the world. Sally has covered some of the most pivotal moments in recent history, including multiple deployments to report on the war in Ukraine, the chaotic evacuation of Afghanistan, where her Taliban interview went viral and the tumultuous US election, where she reported live from Capitol Hill on January 6th.
Sally was one of the few international journalists to fly into Italy as it became the first country in Europe to go into lockdown, and Sky News received an RTS award for its Italian coverage of the pandemic.
